How we expect the platform to be used

What we expect

• Describe a genuine business, with contact details that reach you.
• Only publish reviews, photos and credentials you actually have permission to use.
• Keep claims about prices, guarantees and qualifications accurate.
• Be civil with our support team and with anyone else on the platform.

What is not allowed

• Fraud, scams, phishing, or impersonating another business or person.
• Hate speech, harassment, threats, or content that sexualises minors.
• Illegal goods and services, or anything designed to mislead buyers.
• Malware, cryptomining scripts, or abusing the builder to attack other systems.
• Fabricated reviews, awards or accreditations.
• Copying another site's content or images without the right to use them.

Reporting something

Email support@webdesignforfree.com with the site address and what is wrong. If it is a security issue, use our security page instead.

Enforcement

Depending on severity we may ask for a change, unpublish a site, or close an account. Serious or repeated breaches are actioned without warning, and illegal activity is reported to the relevant authorities. If you think we got it wrong, reply to the notice and we will review it.
