What we collect

• Account details: your email address and password-based sign-in credentials.
• Website content you submit: business name, location, services, areas covered, reviews you paste in, your logo and any photos you upload.
• Generated websites and any edits you make to them.
• Basic usage information such as credit balance and generation activity.

How we use it

• To generate, store, edit and publish your website.
• To operate your account, credits and any billing you choose to use.
• To respond to support requests.

We do not sell your personal information. Your business content is sent to our AI providers purely so your site can be written and assembled.

Processors we rely on

• Hosting, database, authentication and file storage for your account and sites.
• AI model providers used to write copy and generate images.
• A payment provider if you upgrade to a paid plan.

Retention and deletion

We keep your account and websites for as long as your account is open. You can delete individual websites and uploaded images from the builder at any time. To delete your account and everything in it, email us and we will action the request.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact support@webdesignforfree.com and we will respond.
