Terms of Service

By creating an account with WebDesignForFree (part of TADGT Group) you agree to these terms.

Your account

• You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure.
• You must be able to enter into a contract in your country of residence.

Your content

• You keep ownership of the business name, logo, photos, reviews and copy you provide, and of the website generated for you.
• You confirm you have the right to use everything you upload, including reviews and images.
• You must not use the builder for unlawful, misleading, harmful or infringing content.

Credits and generation

Website generation consumes credits from your balance. AI output varies and may occasionally need editing — the builder gives you tools to change text, colours, images, sections and menus.

Publishing and hosting

Published websites are served on a WebDesignForFree subdomain, or on a custom domain you connect. You are responsible for your own domain registration and DNS records.

Availability

We work to keep the service running but provide it "as is", without warranties of uninterrupted availability. We may change or remove features as the product evolves.

Termination

You can stop using the service and delete your websites at any time. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
